Custom Stone Fireplace Surround

Some designs need more than standard fabrication. A stone fireplace surround is a good example. It sits at the centre of the room, so the fit, the joins and the pattern of the stone all show.

Pinnacle Stone takes on technically demanding architectural and custom stonework, including feature walls, mitred details, curved stonework, large-format surfaces and stone that needs to be vein matched or book matched. For a fireplace surround, we start with an accurate site measure and digital template, then prepare CAD drawings so the design is fully resolved before we cut.

Fabrication is completed at our Caboolture facility using CNC stone-processing equipment and bridge-saw technology, with hand finishing by experienced stone masons. Where the material and design allow, we match the veining across joins so the stone reads as one continuous feature. Our team then coordinates delivery and installation.
